LaunchBox offers a wide range of co-working options on-site for any kind of entrepreneurial or remote workers needs.
Option 1
If you're looking for a secure office space with all of the basic office amenities, we offer a monthly desk plan in our co-working room that comes with our basic level creative package. You'll get a Key Card, a desk, 5g/5g Fiber Ethernet, Power strip, trash can, white board, printer and an office chair. Plus 4 Hours in any Studio Alley Studios, an hour in our Western Meeting Room and all access to our open areas, outdoor atrium and kitchen.
Option 2
Pick an open workspace in our 5,600 sqft aesthetically designed open areas and hop onto our WIFI. Includes: 4 Hours in any Studio Alley Studios, an hour in our Western Meeting Room and all access to our open areas, outdoor atrium and kitchen.
Business | Retail Suites Available
We offer a REALLY COOL option for start up businesses or retailers that want to dip their toe into a Commercial Space without the high risks attached. We have THREE 500 sqft street front business suites available with private addresses & parking. These suites are all inclusive so only 1 monthly payment covers all your bills! They also come with our basic level creation package so you have access to all that the facility has to offer! You can design them and brand the exterior however you'd like! We offer 3 | 6 | 12 Months terms.

Our 12,000 SqFt Studio Facility is finally open! We have on-site production experts, industry Equipment Rentals, a 1,600 SqFt Infinity Wall, Green Room, Live Broadcast Control Room, VO booth, and multiple themed studios and daylight spaces for any kind of creator!

We have multiple themed podcast studios here at LaunchBox and a professional Crew to support and help you level up your content!
We meet and hear a LOT of folks talking about starting a podcast, but there's so much more to it than just talking into a mic/camera and then posting it. A few basic questions I usually ask is:

✅️ Who is going to listen to your podcast show?
✅️ Are your topics interesting enough for people to want to subscribe? (Is it binge-able)

We offer a 12'x20' Stage, DMX Controlled Production Quality Lighting, 6400 Watt Sound System with 4 Under-stage Subwoofers, 18 Channel mixer, on stage snake for send/return, Wireless and Wired Mics, Lav Mics, Drum Kit, Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, 2 Acoustic Guitars, 10' x 6' Projector Screen, Wireless HDMI Confidence Monitors, Green Room with Camera Feed of main stage, HMU, Dressing Room, Camera Systems with Live Broadcast Capability and crew to run it all.
